Origin Story
Running an embroidery factory in Surat means managing production across dozens of machines, tracking every piece counted by every worker, and calculating stitch-rate payroll at the end of each month, a process that could take days and still produce errors.
We looked for software that understood this. Not generic factory management software from Bangalore that assumed we had IT staff and stable WiFi. Something that understood stitch rates, cash advances, machine structures, and the way a factory in Surat actually operates. It did not exist.
So we built it, including the hardware. IoT sensor nodes. Fingerprint biometric terminals. A cloud, mobile & desktop applications. A payroll engine. A complete system. That is EaseEmbro, and it is live today.
That process taught us what Sampurna Labs actually is: an R&D engineering company that enters industries, researches them from the inside, and builds the technology stack they are missing. EaseEmbro is project one. We are already building beyond it.
